Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return & refund policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from ManscapIt, you can request for return & refund within 30 days after receiving your item.
Products purchased from other distributor or marketplace site, the respective returns policy will apply. Please contact them directly for more information.
Products purchased from an unauthorised retailer is not covered by our Returns Policy.
Returns Process
Step 1. To initiate your refund request, please contact our customer support team through our official Facebook or Instagram page. Be sure to include: (1) Your name, (2) Order Number, (3) the product(s) you wish to return and (4) a brief summary of your reason for return.
Step 2. If your return request is approved, you can return the product to us by using your local courier service. (Kindly note that we do not cover the return shipping cost and cannot take responsibility for items lost while return transit.)
Step 3. Please state your name, contact number and address (if necessary) inside the parcel.

Refund
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. We may take up to 5-10 working days to process your refund.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe that a customer is likely to take advantage of our returns policy.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Warranty Policy
ManscapIt warrants the products to be free from defects in workmanship and material for the applicable warranty period.
If a defect occurs under normal circumstances within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective product or part. We may not be able to replace limited edition or discontinued products, in which case we will notify you and warranty such products with an equivalent model based on availability.

Warranty Disclaimer, Exclusions and Policies.
The Limited Warranty does not apply to defects or failures caused by (1) normal wear and tear; (2) accidents; (3) misuse (including failure to maintain the product in accordance with the user guides); (4) neglect; (5) disassembly; (6) alterations; and (7) external causes such as but not limited to, water damage, exposure to sharp objects, exposure to excessive force, anomalies in the electrical current supplied to the product and thermal or environmental conditions, or (9) other circumstance beyond our control. This warranty does not apply if you purchased your product other than from our website or an authorised retailer.
